These terms govern your use of dhairya.fit and the Dhairya program. By buying or using the program, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Dhairya is operated by Mahabeer, sole proprietor, trading as Dhairya, a sole proprietorship registered in India, with its principal place of business at Sector 91, Greater Mohali, Mohali, Punjab 140307. You can reach us at hello@dhairya.fit.
Dhairya is an educational and behavioural training program delivered as written content on the web. It covers breathing, attention and physical exercises drawn from widely published behavioural approaches.
It is not medical advice, medical treatment, therapy, or a diagnosis. It does not treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. We are not doctors and no doctor-patient relationship is created by your use of it. Nothing here should replace consulting a registered medical practitioner.
If you have pain, bleeding, or other physical symptoms, if a difficulty began suddenly, if you have diabetes, a heart condition, or take regular medication, or if your mood or sleep is seriously affected, see a doctor rather than relying on this program.
We do not promise or guarantee any result. Behavioural approaches help some people and not others, and individual outcomes differ. Any description of what the program covers is a description of its content, not a prediction of what will happen for you.
You must be 18 or older. The program is intended for adults only, and by purchasing you confirm you meet this.
On payment you get a personal, non-transferable licence to read and use the program for your own use, for as long as we operate the service. You may not share your access, copy, resell, republish, or redistribute the content.
We may update or improve the content over time. If we ever have to discontinue the service entirely, we'll give notice by email to the address you bought with.
The price is shown on the site before you pay and is a one-time charge, not a subscription. Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway; we never see or store your card details.
You can request a full refund within fourteen days of purchase, for any reason and without explaining yourself. See our Refund Policy for how.
The program is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us.
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the date you buy, and material changes will be dated above.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mohali have exclusive jurisdiction.
