This explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. We've kept it plain rather than legal, because you should be able to read it.
Dhairya is operated by Mahabeer, sole proprietor, trading as Dhairya, Sector 91, Greater Mohali, Mohali, Punjab 140307, India. For anything in this policy, including requests about your data, write to hello@dhairya.fit.
Your email is used to tell you when the program opens, to give you access to what you bought, and to answer you if you write to us. We will not send you marketing unrelated to Dhairya and we will not sell or rent your email to anybody.
Website activity is used to measure whether our advertising works — how many people who see an ad go on to be interested.
We process your email on the basis of your consent, given when you submit it. You can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to us, and we will delete your address.
Some of these providers store data outside India. We share nothing beyond what is described above, and we never sell your data.
Waitlist emails are kept until the program launches and for up to twelve months after, then deleted. Purchase records are kept as long as needed to give you access and to meet tax and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your email sooner.
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us to:

We use the Meta Pixel, which sets cookies. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking tools beyond this one. You can block it with your browser's tracking protection, an ad blocker, or by adjusting your ad preferences in your Meta account.
Access to the waitlist is restricted to the operator's own Google account and the site is served over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, and we don't claim otherwise.
This site and program are for adults only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, write to us and we'll delete it.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, write to Mahabeer at hello@dhairya.fit. We'll respond within thirty days.
If this policy changes we'll update the date above. Material changes affecting how we use your email will be sent to you by email.
